It's not a soft pink. It's a very aggressive pink. Not saying that's a bad thing, but it is a thing.

LOL! My then two-year-old nephew walked up to a derelict door leaning up against a garage and became ecstatic at seeing A SCREW. He pointed at it, greatly excited, and kept repeating, "screw, screw, screw"! I can't imagine any girl doing this.

Loved the feminist mom/daughter dialogue! “What about this cute gender neutral doll instead? ‘Zie’ celebrates positivity and kindness and comes in biodegradable packaging. ..." Laughing! ... Give a female toddler a doll, she'll hug it. Give a guy toddler a doll, and he'll throw it across the room. I know. I had a little daycare in my home and that's what happened. The guy toddler's parents were NDP, so he definitely hadn't been programmed to be "masculine." But he preferred the cars. The girls and cars? Meh.
